    本文研究了54Mn在罗非鱼、对虾、毛蚶、文蛤体内的浓集、器官分布和几种生化物质的含量及代谢。结果表明:罗非鱼、对虾、毛蚶对54Mn的浓集系数在同一个数量级上,经一个月的排泄实验后,罗非鱼中的54Mn大部分都排泄掉,而对虾、毛蚶仅排泄一半左右。毛蚶和文蛤的外壳对54Mn有特殊的浓集能力;消化系统对54Mn的浓集能力最高且排泄很快,而肌肉浓集较少排泄也较慢,核酸系统54Mn含量最高,且RNA大于DNA,有机酸系统含量最少。

    Abstract:

    The concentration and distribution of 54Mn in tilapia fish (Tilapiamossambica Poster)penaed prawn (Penaeus peniciltlatus Alcock) and Clams (Arcagranosa Linnus and Cyclina sinensis Gemlin) were studied, and the content of 54Mnin some biochemical matters in the body of these organisms was measured. The resultsshowed that concentration coefficient of 54Mn in the fish, prawn and the two clamswere in the same order of magnitude. After one month of excretion experiment, most of 54Mn in the fish was completly excreted, however, in the prawn and the clamsonly half of 54Mn content were excreted. The shells of two clams had a special abilityin absorption and concentration of 54Mn. The degestive syrtems of all these organismshad highest concentroting and fastest excreting abilities, while their muscles had lowconcentration and slow excretion abilities. The content of 54Mn was highest in thenuclei acid, but lowest in the organic acid.
