      Abstract:Hemalymph 24-hydrogyecdysona (2p-HE),I7,B-oestradiol(ir)aad testostexona (T) level cluges in rorhear sznen.sas were measuredby radioimmttnoassay (RIA). 1---2 days before molt stage, the hennolymph0-AE reached to peak level of 1151832.9fing/ml,the lowest level of 7. 9 t1.39ng/ml was found. at the malt stage= 1-2 daps after molt, the 20-HE levelwas still lower. n female crab, the peak level of hemolymph 1T3-E showed inSeptember and reached to 215 a- d. 28ng/ml in Decembers (3.62 - 1.11 xgml )with the vitelline accumulation时oacyte,afterwards 1TE,, levels werelaw erIn male crab, hemolymph T level began toraise in etober and reached. to2.15 - 0.28ngJml in December, it induced the development and maturation oftestes.       Abstract:Penaeus mzeryuiensis is an important commercial shrimp in waterssurrounding Laoahou Island, where.mergue,sis has 41.8-69.fian retchcomponent of shrimp species. Spawning season is January to June and its peakperiod is in April and May. The maturity of ovary cell is net unanimous. The ma-turity cell drain in batches. Two times of law salinity period and once of alow temperature period showed in a year. The quantitative fluctuation of juvenileshrimp has a close correlation with temperature and salinity in spawning season.Gxawth and mortality par:meters were also estimated in this paper. Yield perrecruit anal length-cohort analysis have been used to make the stank assessment.

      Abstract:The mitochondrial DNAs (mtDNAs) of Carassius auratusbeZia,arassas auratus cuiera and Carassius auratus auratus Were digested by thirteenrestriction endonucleases, Via..Bam HI, Eco RI,13ra I,I,Hird III,Hpa TT,Msr I,Pst IAI, rna I, Xba I,I and rfaZ I. The double enzyme digestions wereconducted by using Bam HI, Eco RI, d III, Sma I, a I, SL I and Pst I. Thefragments Were obtained and their molecular sixes Were estimated. by aga.rase geIelectrophoresis. The size of mtDNAs for C. aecratusbeZin, C. auratus ceaiera and C.anratus auratusare 1599±90bp, 1600±130bp and 15540±140bp respectively.Taexperimental results demonstrated that the electrophoretic patterns of mtDNAsfor C. au-atusgibeaa, C. auratus cxiera and C. duratus aurdtus obtained by eithersingle or double enzyme digestion were significantly different, and the patternsof C. auraEusbebwv were obviously different among individuals by using Ha II.Besides, the restriction maps of mtDNAs from above species rere constructed byusing Bam HI, Pst I, Ecv RI and Xba I.

      Abstract:Thzring September 1989,an epizootic disease occured in shrimpfarms of Shangma Town, Laashan,Shandang province. The disease was describedas red leg disease,eharacterized by an egpansiou of chromatophores on the pereio-pods and pleopods, giving these appendages a reddish coloration, yBllow pigmentartion on the bronchial region of cephalathorag and swimming activity reducing. Theenrol)nph drew from moribund shrimp was thin, turbid and unclattablewastrains ef bacteria were isolated from hemalymph of moribund shrimps. Challengeexperiments showed that these isolates were some of the pathogens of the disease.The isolates were tested for 63 unit characters and classified as Protaus uugarzsHauler. The bacteria were Gram negative short rods with peritrichous flagella.Organic growth factors required. Swarming growth developed on the surface ofsolid media, Growth occued at 4℃to 42℃, and in 0%to 10%(w/v)sodium chla-ride, Catalase, indole,H2S and phenylalanine deaminase were pxoduced. Oidase,β-galaetoaidase, arginine dihydrolase, lysine and ornithine decarboaylase werenot produeed,A positive result was recorded far methyl red test but not for VogesProakauer reaction, Gelatin and lecithin were degraded,Nitrate was reduced, Thebacteria produced gas from glucose, and said from glucose, sucrose and salicin,but not from arabinoae, cellobiose, mannitol, mannose, lactose, raffinose sndrhamnose. P. uLyar%s was first reported as the cauaitive agent of shrimp disease,

      Abstract:The movement and distribution of Penaeus orientalis, which werereleased in Xiangshan Bay of Zhejiang province, reside in both the same ehara-cteristics as in their original place, the Huanghai sea and Bohai sea, and specia-lities due to different geographical topography and ecosystematic environment.first, the released shrimp migrate from near shore water to off shore water,with only a few of them moving irregularly Secondly, all of them migrate to-wards the bay. There are three periods for these inhabiting ones, rig, seeking forfood in shallow water of near shore,growing in off shore water and flowing outof the bay. Most of them move in the neighbourhood_ of 10 m isobath line whenonce they flow out, with a majority of them alongside northern coast, The shrimpoutflow when tide ebbs and few of them come back again. This situation becomeworse at the time of big tide. The movement and distribution are affected by anyof or a combination of following factors, such as growth and density of shrimp,water temperature, baits,topography, wind and tide etc;and the most nportantfactor is shrimp growth. Torrential ebb tide and its non-strong circulation acce-lelate the outflow,with strong tropical typhoon, possibly incurring shrimp out-flow.

      Abstract:In the production of lake fishery Uphoce7aabus aryaa Cantor isgenerally eliminated as a kind of harmful fish, because it feeds an fishes. Afterfishing products of Huayuan lake have been investigated, the population structureand the food composition of argus have been analysed. It is considered that thefish may be reserved as a kind of specially utilizable fish for native people underpresent eoologic conditions of Huayua.n lake, because it is not much harmful toother commercial fishes in the lake and can also restrain masa reproduczng ofsmall wild fishes which are main food of Q. argus.

      Abstract:By using common carp as main object of this studp, the electri-city-sensing field intensity, the threshold electric curxent value of #ish in c/4twe-way pulse ground and the electricity-sensing range of two-line electrode polewere determined. Since the successful technical way referred electric groundin eonjunction with fishing gear reasonable electric ground could be foamedefficiently in leadline the blocking net, so as to block up fish's escapethxau leadline. A cod end was supplemented in the leadline for purpose ofstoppirg up fish's escape loopholes due to the "rising of leadline" during thefishing operation. Thus,the difficult pxablem for catching freshwater bottom fishwas effectively solved. An average catching rate of 85-98 could be attained inthree hauls for common carp in a. fiT ha of enclosed fish farming area and an, eve-rage catching rate of 8Tin five hauls in 10 ha of enclosed fish faxming areacould be obtained. The catch rate is raised to la times as compare with the tradi-tional fishing method.

      Abstract:本文记载了对渤海石鲽(Platichthys bicoloratus)、星鲽(Verasper variegatus)、高眼鲽(Cleisthenes herzensteini)及焦氏舌鳎(Cynoglossus joyneri)四种经济比目鱼类食性的研究所得。石鲽及星鲽属底栖生物与游泳生物食性鱼类;高眼鲽属底栖生物食性鱼类;焦氏舌鳎属底栖与游泳生物食性鱼类。生活于同一生物群落中的比目鱼类以其营养生态位的部分交错,从而缓和了对食物的竞争。

      Abstract:近年来中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis)工厂化育苗技术的进步,已能使海捕亲虾与养殖越冬亲虾在人工控制的条件下产卵,然而虾卵孵化之后能否健壮地生长以及如何提高变态存活率,幼体的饵料起着关键的作用。生物饵料虽然效果好,但受到培养技术及设备等条件的限制,因此,目前育苗生产中的饵料仍以豆浆、蛋黄为主,辅以少量的生物饲料与配合饵料,以致幼体的抗病力差,变态存活率低。所以研究适合于中国对虾幼体营养需求的配合饵料很重要。至今有关日本对虾幼体营养的研究屡见报导,而中国对虾幼体的营养研究还未有报导。对虾营养的研究方法有分析虾体成分、梯度或正交法设计饲料试验以及能量代谢试验等。周洪琪(1990)通过能量代谢研究中国对虾亲虾的营养。

      Abstract:赤点石斑鱼Epinephelus akaara(Temminck et Schlegel)是我国名贵海产经济鱼类。近几年来,因盲目钩捕,在东南沿海资源日益减少。因此,国内外一些学者对赤点石斑鱼性腺发育进行周年研究,并开展了人工繁殖和育苗试验。然而,由于此鱼雌雄同体,雌性先熟,在六龄鱼才转变为雄鱼。由此常见因缺少雄鱼无法开展人工繁殖。所以,作者在非繁殖季节,试图用外源性雄激素拌入饵料中,喂低龄和高龄赤点石斑鱼,目的在于诱发其性逆转,现已取得显著的效果,这对于解决雄鱼困难,提供科学依据。

      Abstract:中国湖泊可养面积187万公顷,水库可养面积200万公顷,总共占全国内陆可养水面的70%以上。这些水面既是我国渔业在本世纪末年产量达到1800万吨宏伟目标的潜力与后劲之所在,也是“八·五”期间本行业科技攻关的重点。 湖库资源特点与水产增养殖发展概要 (一)湖库资源特点 湖泊可养面积90%相对集中于平原地区,而水库总数的89.4%分布在长江、珠江和黄河三大流域的丘陵地区,具有良好的分布格局。湖泊面积在50平方公里以下的占总数的98%以上,水库中中小型的占99.6%,另有塘坝63万座,中小型水面有利于采取各种集约化措施。
