      通过比较生长快慢凡纳滨对虾的转录组,获得了一条编码P450的差异表达基因,经过cDNA全长验证后命名为LvCYP2J3-like,其开放阅读框为1488 bp编码495aa,含有一个完整的P450功能域,功能分析表明可能参与了蜕皮激素的灭活。方差分析表明LvCYP2J3-like在不同组织、发育阶段和蜕皮周期的表达量都存在显著性差异(P <0.05),并且速长组的表达量显著性低于慢长组(P <0.05)。这表明该基因参与了发育和蜕皮过程,其表达量与环境胁迫关系密切。在LvCYP2J3-like和其预测转录因子基因中分别发现了4和11个速长组和慢长组等位基因频率显著差异的SNP,说明这些基因遗传差异与其活性和表达量相关,从而影响生长速度。这为凡纳滨对虾遗传和育种研究提供了参考资料。

      A different expression P450 gene, which was selected by comparing transcriptomes of different growth speed of Litopenaeus vannamei, was named LvCYP2J3-like with a 1488 bp open reading frame encoding a protein of 495 aa and an integral P450 domain, which might be involved in the inactivation of ecdysones. The variance analysis showed there was significant difference of expression level in tissues, development and molting cycle (P <0.05). Moreover, the expression level of rapid growing shrimp was significantly lower than that of slow growing shrimp (P <0.05). The expression pattern of LvCYP2J3-like implied that it played a role in development and molting cycle. Its expression level was closely related to environmental stress. There were found 4 and 11 SNP with significantly difference of allele frequency, in sequences of LvCYP2J3-like and its predictive transcription factors, respectively. The result suggested that genetic diversity of these genes played a role in them activities and expressions, which affects the growth rate of shrimp. This study will provide useful data for the genetic and breeding research of L. vannamei.
