      为研究三种乳酸菌对乌鳢生长、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响,试验选用初始体质量为(3.43 ± 0.05) g的乌鳢360尾,随机分成4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。分别投喂基础饲料和108 CFU/g的乳酸乳球菌L21、植物乳杆菌W21、粪肠球菌L2的试验饲料,8周后,采集乌鳢血清、肝、脾、肾和肠道,以检测相关指标以及基因表达量的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲料中添加的三种乳酸菌均可显著提高乌鳢的平均增重率、特定生长率及饲料效率,其中L21组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,L2组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著高于对照组和L21组(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但L21组与W21组GSH活性与各组均不显著(P>0.05),W21和L2组溶菌酶(LZM)活性显著高于对照组和L21组(P<0.05),各组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)活性均不显著(P>0.05)。各组织中IL-1β、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α表达水平均有不同程度升高,L2组效果最好。综合分析认为,本试验条件下,粪肠球菌L2对乌鳢中的应用效果最好,在饲料中添加粪肠球菌能够提高乌鳢的生长性能、抗氧化能力及免疫功能。

      In order to study the effects of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) on the growth, antioxidative status and immunity of Channa argus, 360 Channa argus with a weight of (3.43 ± 0.05) g/tail were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group was set up with 3 replicates, each with 30 Channa argus. They were fed with basic feed and 108 CFU/g of Lactococcus lactis L21, Lactobacillus plantarum W21, and Enterococcus faecalis L2 respectively. After 8 weeks, we collected the serum, liver, spleen, kidney and intestinal tissues to determine related indicators and genes expression. The results showed that compared with the control group, the three Lactobacillus added to the feed could significantly increase the average weight gain, specific growth rate and feed efficiency of the Channa argus, and the L21 group was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in the L2 group were significantly higher than control group and the L21 group (P<0.05), the activity of catalase (CAT) was significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.05), and the activity of glutathione (GSH) was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), but the GSH activity of the L21 and 21 groups was not significant with each group (P>0.05), the lysozyme (LZM) activity of the W21 and L2 groups was significantly higher than that of the control and L21 groups (P<0.05), and the immunoglobulin M (IgM) activity of each group was not significant (P>0.05). The expression levels of IL-1β, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α in various tissues all increased to varying degrees, and the L2 group had the best effect. Comprehensive analysis concluded that under the experimental conditions, Enterococcus faecalis L2 had the best application effect in Channa argus. Adding Enterococcus faecalis into feed could improve the growth, antioxidant and immune function of Channa argus.
